Does FTP Manager require an internet connection?
No. FTP transfers are handled over a local network and no data reaches the internet. This allows a user to host a server on their local hotspot even if they don't have a data plan.
Which version of iOS do I need?
iOS 26+ is supported.
Will it work with my camera brand?
If the camera supports FTP transfer (many modern Sony, Canon, and Nikon bodies do), the camera will work with the app. If you have any issues with connectivity, get in touch.
Are my credentials safe?
Yes. FTP usernames and passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain. They never leave your device.
Is the app free?
The base app will always be free on the App Store. Pro features may be unlocked with a one time purchase. No subscriptions, ever.
